We are excited to announce our Chicago tour for 2023! This is open to our Frost Band, Orchestra, and Guitar students.
Students will be preparing a couple of pieces to perform at VanderCook College of Music. They will receive a clinic from professors after the performance. We also have many activities jammed packed in a 2 day trip!
Dates: Friday, April 21 - Saturday, April 22
*Students receiving below a B-, not coming to class prepared, and/or have discipline issues (suspensions, multiple panning room, classroom behaviors) will not be able to attend.

***Please let your travelers know that the deposit plus the cost of optional trip protection is required to confirm their spot on the roster. Please share THIS VIDEO to help explain.

Hello everyone,
Please click on the link below to registered your group or self for a hotel room. Anyone attending and/or Parent/Adult chaperones also must fill out the form as well. There is another link attached that will allow you to see who is in each room. Any duplicates will be removed. You are also able to edit your answer/response. Do not sign your group up until everyone has discussed your room setting.
You will have a link below the registration to check the list of those in rooms.
*Those that do not have a roommate, please answer the last two questions only of the Google Form to be placed in a room with someone.

⬝ 2:30pm Enjoy the Shedd Aquarium
⬝ 5:00pm Group photo opportunity on the
waterfront
⬝ 5:45pm Dinner at Giordano’s, a Chicago
pizzeria
⬝ 8:00pm See the Blue Man Group
⬝ 10:00pm Check into hotel

⬝ 2:00pm Travel to the top of the Skydeck

own)
⬝ 6:00pm Depart for home (Bathroom Stop included, restrooms are also on bus)
⬝ 11:00pm Arrive back at school
